We have done it again! Another gorgeous living space to tempt you lucky people! A full transformation has created something rather special here. Up on the first floor of this meaty Victorian abode lies our bay fronted beauty. The Living room is bright and sunny thanks to that south facing bay. The high ceiling adds to the feeling of space and light. Tall skirting boards, picture rails, original door and below bay panelling add to the period detailing. Both bedrooms are good sizes and are peacefully located to the rear of the building overlooking greenery galore.

The bathroom is gorgeous, spanking new (like much of the flat) and is a great example of how classic period design can be incorporated into a contemporary interior. A freestanding bath ticks that box for those soakers amongst us, whilst the walk in shower (another thing of beauty) delights the fans of a good spraying! The brand new kitchen doesn't disappoint. Plenty of eye level and below counter units and a good expanse of worktop for culinary creations. A large black sink with spray mixer tap look the part as does the new electric hob and extractor. Integrated dishwasher and washing machine are nicely hidden away so they don't spoil the lines! Lastly the kitchen and living room are linked by a clever serving hatch.

The large garden is accessed through the side gate and covers the area further away from the building providing privacy and plenty of sunshine throughout the day. 

The location is excellent, so close to the wonders Seven Dials has to offer. What are they? - I sense you ponder....That's great restaurants, boutique shops, cafes and bars. Check out the Red Snapper for a wonderful Thai or if Japanese cuisine is your thing - Murasaki do not disappoint. A wander down the hill and you are in the city centre and the sea front just beyond that. Seven Dials is a firm favourite for those commuting to Gatwick and Central London. It is a straightforward 0.5 mile (9 minute) walk - or a 5 minute dash for the late ones.
