Directions
Leave Topsham along Elm Grove Road, pass Darts Farm and turn right at the roundabout onto the A376 towards Exmouth. Follow the road for approximately 3 miles and after passing the Lympstone sign, take the next left at the traffic lights onto Wotton Lane. Continue to the top of the lane and turn right and then immediately left at the T-junction. Pass Kings Garden Centre and take the second turning on the right into Marley Hayes.
